The article considers the features of creation and development organizational systems technology transfer in BRICS member countries (Brazil, Russian Federation, India, China, South Africa), interaction participants innovation process. author identifies significant role regional component formation effective national systems. purpose is to analyze countries, since each these has gone its own way innovative development, justified by characteristics. Based on analysis operating key most promising areas for integration scientific educational, production spheres state order form special mechanisms organizing processes that ensure between all participants, contributing competitive high-tech products.
